Reviewed Dulce de Leche Crepe Cake

Do not make the crepes ahead of time. They get tough and rubbery. I would agree that the filling is too sweet. Dulce de leche is already sweet so I don't know why 2 3/4 cup of sugar is added. Also, the filling gets runny and starts to weep unless you chill the cake, but again, this will make for rubbery crepes. I like the chocolate crepes by thems"
