I did this recipe for an office pot luck. I recently became allergic to shrimp so I could not taste it. Here in El Paso it is difficult to find very fresh fish so I used tillapia and a pound of shrimp I also did not cold smoke the tomatoes but I followed the recipie and everyone in my office loved it. Very simple and easy to make."
