Reviewed Three-Cheese Macaroni
"one of my fav mac & cheese recipes... added gouda cheese to this as well- my boyfriend thought for a second there was bacon hidden in there from the smoked gouda- AMAZING! although- next time i think i wouldnt puree the cauliflower but just cook it & leave the chunks for another texture :)
