"This dish was absolutely delicious! I made a few changes such as: 2 cups of half and half and two cups of regular 1% milk. I didn't use cayenne pepper but i did use the hot sauce and just a few sprinkles of nutmeg and worchestershire sauce. I used mild cheddar, sharp cheddar, and muenster cheese as well. The bacon I used beef bacon which I believe"
