Reviewed Stroganoff-Style Chicken

This was an ok recipe... even after adding about 2 tsps of fresh ground pepper, and then the paprika it was still kind of bland. My boyfriend agreed. It needed something else but we couldn't put our finger on it. It was a very easy recipe though- less than 30 minutes from start to finish. I will probably make it again, but it needs some tweaking.

I made this at a bbq over the summer and my friends went nuts over it. The only change I made was to cut the andouille about 1/2 thick and on a slight angle to compensate for the difference in thickness and it cooked through just fine. I made it about 4 more times since and everyone has loved it. Can't wait for summer to roll around again so I can...
