Reviewed English Muffins

"This is a GREAT recipe. They were gone in a few hours. It made eight muffins. I suggest you open them with a fork (not a knife and then toast them if you want them to taste like you can get at a shop that sells fresh ones. It seems some of the people here have forgotten that step. Usually we eat them toasted.

You also need to let them "fini""

Reviewed Orange Marmalade

"oooooo yum! It was great! I added some PC cinnamon plus to it - nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, orange peel. In Albuquerque we're over a mile in altitude so it always takes me longer to get a good temp reading, but it only took about 45 minutes. Heaven on a chocolate chip scone. Love Alton! Will make it for holiday presents this year. I'll start in the summer when all the farmers markets get those blood oranges. "

Reviewed Gingered Pear Preserves

"Love it! I've made it 4 times now and I get cleaned out immediately. It's a fantastic holiday treat and quite frankly, amazing on some afternoon toast with a cup o'tea outside in the hot afternoons of summer. Sometimes I add blueberries to it - sometimes I add some cinnamon and cloves and nutmeg to it. I live more than a mile up and it cans well in water bath.
