Reviewed Simple Perfect Enchiladas
"Oh My God Ree, this is a terrific recipe! I made these enchiladas last night and the only thing I did different was use shredded beef (from a pot roast I slow cooked) and my husband and I thought we died and went to Heaven! I have made enchiladas a million times but never added the diced green chilis, olives and green onions inside the enchilada!!"
