"Love the show Brian and I surly loved this sandwich. I make something similar but the tomato jam was awesome! Adds a whole now depth to the sandwich. Will keep this around to use in other ways. Thanks Brian and keep the laughs coming.

About Me
I love to cook...period think that’s why everyone is here as well. My husband said I chose the wrong career and should have been a chef instead. I like to try different things all the time, never say no to any dish without tasting it first. Grew up in Hawaii where you have so many cultures so I love to cook things that are infusions of different cultures. Cooking for me is also a great way to relieve stress and escape for a little while and if I need a quick trip to somewhere I just cook a dish that reminds me of that place. Next stop.....
