Reviewed Mandarin Beet Salad

“I used a can of diced beets that I drained and rinsed first. The mandarin oranges I used were in fruit juice so I used the whole can including the juice, I added apple cider vinegar until I had the the right blend of sweet and tart and served it over a salad of spinach with thinly sliced celery (for a little crunch). Wonderful!
