Reviewed Thai-Style Pesto with Rice Pasta
"Tasty, tasty tasty! Made it with the Thai Green Chili Stir Fry and we devoured it. Used regular pasta instead of rice noodles and it worked great! I recommend anyone give it a try!"
"What an awesome meal! The flavors were great! The prep work was a little tedious and it did take me longer than 30 minutes to prepare, but it was well worth it. I couldn't find Lemongrass in the market so I subbed lemon peel which worked out fine. Plus, I didn't have iceburg lettuce so I used Arugula. That was awesome too. The peppery taste of the Arugula was perfect with the spices of the paste. Made it with the Pesto noodles. My husband and I couldn't get enough of it."
