I had some taco doughs in the fridge, so, fried them up and used. The Taco Potion #19 is very good, however, just when I think I have every spice in the world, for some reason, I had no coriander. I used garlic powder, instead and upped the cumin a half teaspoon. Shrimp was on hand and I used that, instead of, beef. YUM

I use the values charts in Atkins and My Plate, but it would be nice to have nutrient values in food tv recipes.

I substituted Shiraz for dry sherry, because I didn't have sherry and subbed molasses for the honey, in order, to have a more traditional fruitcake flavor. Used dates, maraschino cherries I smashed and towel dried, green cherries, Craisins and walnuts. I had all of these on hand and let me say, YUM!! Easy to make and delicious!

Curry powder is one of my favorite spices and these are delicious! I used Panko, instead of the plain bread crumbs. YUM
