I do something very similiar with just quartering small red potatoes and adding some garlic to the olive oil....oh so good.....Great when your meal does not 'provide' gravey"

This is a great, simple recipe. Enough to feed a small army. I used just simple smoked ham (thats what I had) added more cream (2 cups) and parm cheese....really, really good. maybe next time will add some herbs de provance....and maybe more garlic. but the base is good, the combo of the broth and cream is perfect."

Quick, Simple and simply GREAT. Make exactly per recipe. Baked about 50 minutes. Used 7 medium sized free stoned peachs. Use a large casserole dish as this really bakes UP. Served warm with vanilla bean ice cream....OMG....gone to heaven with a spoon""
