this is good; but i agree that it could use a little punch up...tiny bit of spice maybe? i'll have to play around with the dressing, i have a little leftover. i think i will put just a dash of cumin and indian chili powder in it and see if that works for me.

i loved the concept; had to make due with what i had on hand. used champagne honey mustard, harvarti cheese, arnold thin sandwich rounds. roasted cauliflower with the oil, but had to doctor up as i did not like the mustard/paprika mix. i tasted it after making and then added some bbq seasoning and honey to it. i did not add the pear, nor have...
