Reviewed Breakfast Enchiladas with Red Sauce
"I will try this for family soon. I've seen several negative comments about the authenticity of this recipe. My family does not like corn tortillas except for my Steak Fajita Nachos, made with homemade chips. Regular Enchilada Sauce Made with Red Chiles I feel needs a little tomato to it, so I would probably mix one can with Salsa. Depending on time frame. I may use Hillshire Farms Fresh Mexican Chorizo. My oldest DD introduced me to Sazon a couple of years ago. We love it. Will make the kids "Sangria" with Cherry 7-Up.
