Reviewed Broiled Halibut with Bechamel Sauce

Served this to guests last weekend after watching Giada make it on her show. I used Mahi Mahi instead of Halibut so poached it for only 4 minutes. I also cut down the amount of cheese I put in the Bechamel sauce by a smidge, but otherwise made it exactly as the recipe calls for. Turned out fabulous. Reviewed Lemon Pudding Cake with Fresh Mixed Berries

Was entertaining a chef and his wife for dinner and worried about every dish I was going to serve. Decided on this one for dessert, and he declared it one of the best he had ever had. He emailed me the next day asking for the recipe. The whole meal was good, but you always remember the last thing you ate. Thanks Tyler!
