Reviewed Turkey with Herbes de Provence and Citrus

"I have cooked quite a few turkey's in my 55 years on this earth and by far this one was the best one ever. Juicy, tender, tasty with lots of compliments. I was very pleased to say the recipe was Giada's.
My turkey weight 16 lbs. and it took right @ 3 hours, although it was 2 hours before time to be served I turned the oven down to 135 degrees and tented it, it was still fabulous. This recipe does not go in the garbage, but in the YES file.
