“This was so good!! One problem I had was after adding the broth, sazon and spices to the raw ground beef, I had to drain it. I felt like a lot of the flavor went out with the grease.
I added more sazon and beef broth.
The recipe did not mention draining the fat off the ground beef, but I could not imagine leaving it in.
