Reviewed Tomato and Eggplant Tian
"I saw Melissa's show for the first time today & she prepared this recipe. I have never cooked eggplant before and have been wanting to try it, so I ran to the store & picked up the ingredients. Super simple!! I did make a couple of adjustments to the recipe. I didn't cook the eggplant all the way in the pan, because I heard it could get mushy. I just did a fast slight browning. Then I added a little minced garlic when layering. It turned out beautiful and delicious. Thanks Melissa! I will definitely make this again!!
About Me
Have a Love/Hate relationship to cooking. Recipes I use have to simple, with not too many exotic ingredients that cost alot or hard to find. My cooking style is most like Sandra Lee (Love Her!). I have been cooking with alot of the types of recipes that she uses before I ever heard of her.
