"it was so easy...who would have thought! and, most importantly, delicious...i was relunctant to use the brandy, but i did and i think that's the secret indregient! yummmmmmmmm!"

"i only made the fish...and was very worried since i only had a meat thermometer...the batter was the easiest...one beer for it, one beer for me! i was so excited when i saw how perfect and easy this was...the fish pieces looked like they came out of a restaurant kitchen...if my kids didn't see me frying i don't think they would have believed i made it. had to use vegetable oil, because i forgot to buy penut oil...it really was terrific."
About Me
i am a self taught baker...my grandmother was tremendous baker and cook...i am trying to make all that she perfected...she showed me many of her tricks over the years she was alive...love the food network...i will watch a show,love a recipe and make it that week while it's fresh in my mind...
