"We found fresh calamari @our Kroger and looked for a recipe. Found this one and we are hooked! I cut in strips and batter with Red's Yellow, then fry in a combo of olive oil and canola oil. The trick is not to over-fry. I also squeeze lemon juice on it while frying and after I take it out. Just get it golden and remove. Saute your tomatoes, banana"
