Long island, new york - I made this yesterday for dinner, it was so good, I made sure we had the leftovers today for lunch before hurricane sandy knocks out our electric. Definitely its a keeper - thanks Trisha, p.s. we have a generator so if the electric gets knock out we can still have some more chicken tortilla soup later :- "

Reviewed Calzone Rolls with Salami, Tomato and Basil

I have made this a couple of times, after you cut your rolls let them sit a little bit so they get alittle hard on the inside, this way they don't get so soggy, also we like pepperoni so I first FRY the pepperoni and let it sit on a paper towel, then I add it into the mixture, family loves this one and it is quick and easy. Thank you :-)

I had made fresh ham the night before so I sliced it up and put a piece of ham onto each piece of chicken, my family likes mozzarella so I used that instead of swiss cheese. I also added between 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup of milk into the sauce mixture so we would have a little gravy to put over the chicken. My family loved this recipe, definately a keeper....
