“It was nice to see someone fixed the half onion/chopped onion issue....I was wondering what I am supposed to do with the reserved tomato juice & seeds. Editing issues aside, this is a wonderful veggie stew that was enjoyed by my guests.

“ANY time you make a bitter green you MUST add a "splash" of vinegar...I made this with a splash of balsamic vinegar and left out the salt....it was SUPER...I am rating this at 4 stars because she left out the vinegar...with the vinegar, it is FIVE stars.”
