These were delicious! As other reviews mentioned, the dough was very, very dry. I couldn't get it to form balls. I added another egg and it worked perfectly. The dough was sticky, but once rolled in the sugar it was easy to work with. Baked for exactly 13 minutes and they were great. So moist and flavorful. I skipped the crystallized ginger by accident...
