Reviewed Salted Caramel Cupcakes with Pecan Coconut Brittle Crumble and Caramel Swiss Buttercream

Love the cake and the caramel sauce is oh so yummy!! Only problem was with the frosting. It calls for 2 lb of butter, but I'm pretty sure after making it that it's meant to be 2 cups. I should have trusted my instincts when I saw it called for 8 cubes of butter vs the typical 4 cubes. Maybe this was just me, but 2 lb was way too much. Still I give"
