Reviewed Sweet Potato Souffle
"I saw this while watching Tyler Florence in 2000-01 (he was cooking with 2 sisters/friends) and have been using this recipe ever since. It fast became one of my family's favorites and rarely are there any leftovers. I make 2 casseroles, one with nuts and one without -- hardly ever are there any leftovers!
