Jodie, You can make ahead of time, refrigerate and cook the next day. Just bring to room temp first and don't put the panko topping on till before you bake or it will be soggy. Happy Easter!!

OMG!!! This sauce is friggin awesome......I used snapper filets which I grilled and put the sauce over that. I did put a little bit of cumin on the filets....I will make this sauce again. Gonna put the leftovers over grilled shrimp tonight! Yum"
