Best soup ever- when tweaked. I used 2 quarts of stock and 1 quart of water. I think I tripled the celery and carrots and quadrupled the mushrooms, which I sliced and reversed cooking order of. I added garlic, also. This is the 2nd time I've made it; the first I only doubled the veggies, but my husband wished for more. This time he said next time...

Best stir-fry ever! I added cumin with the Asian spice blend. I also put in yellow pepper and snow peas. In lieu of cashews, slivered almonds. With the sesame oil I also put in Mongolian fire oil. I had hot chili garlic sauce instead of garlic-red pepper. All together, the most amazing flavor. It was so quick and easy prepare. "

I regret reading reviews before making this. I tripled the spices in the dry rub, and really wanted to add some of my homemade habenero sauce to the sauce. But the silly people thought it is too hot and I refrained. Not nearly hot enough, definitley missing something-like habereo sauce. A graduate of the Culinary Inst of NY told me when making sauces...
