"I love this dish! Have made it 10 times at least! But I cube mine and dice the onions small so that kids will eat it. I usually omit the mint out of laziness, but I bet it lends another layer of flavor. This dish is just amazing!!!!!!!!"

"Wonderful! My house smells divine! Never cooked at such a high heat before but it worked! Cooked chicken longer and threw tinfoil over at the end to help get potato's to cook. Used regular paprika, didn't have smoked. Still great. Added a lot more parsley, but that's my taste. ""
