OMG! Followed the recipe closely except I could not find italian parsley. This is great food! I used Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc wine. My wife says it is the best food I have ever made.

Same issue with the cooking time. Raised the temp to 300 and left in oven for 3 hours, stirring every hour and testing. I used a chuck roast and a bottle of Turning Leaf Pinot Noir. So tender and tasty! "
