"I made some similar to these but with marshmallo's for the heads. Now my question is where can I get Chocolate wafer cookies? My daughter and I went to 5 different stores in Reno, Nevada and couldn't find one box anywhere.. So what I did was melt some chocolate, put wax paper down on the table and then made little circles for the rim of the hat and also put a small peanut butter cup on top of that with a kiss on top which made the hat. They came out pretty cute..
