Reviewed Oven Roasted Turkey with Sage Butter
"I've used this recipe and had mixed results. The bird came to minimum temp the first time. The second time it took to long to get to temp. I'll probably continue to use this recipe but I'll put the stuffing into a pan instead. I also use a much larger turkey than the recipe calls for. Perhaps I should cook at a lower temp.
