"Delicious soup....The beet reduction was a little much but the soup was great without it. Not sure why she apologized for not having the reduction....Wolfgang would not have known the difference. Plus he was rude to several people on the show."

"I just used the caramel idea over some pinapple that I grilled on the grill. My Sister and her picky husband who is a pain in the butt when he visits about food, loved it. I was surprised since he does not like anything flavored or fancy but for some reason my brother in law who doesn't eat anything loved the caramel. "

"I love cabbage and when I saw that Bobby Flay said he loved the sweet and sour of Alexis's dish I had to look it up. It was great! Cheap and easy and when I serve it I put a bunch on a platter and people who hate cabbage love it! Home Run! The potatoes are great too! I have to do that a couple of days ahead and then re heat it in the oven. "
