Reviewed bruschetta with tomato and basil

This was outstanding! My family couldn't get enough of it! After rubbing the garlic on the bread slices, I minced it and added it to the bruschetta. We used tomatoes and basil from our garden which I'm sure only added to the flavor. Will definitely be making this again!

Absolutely fantastic taste! Used red and green pepper, zucchini, Chinese eggplant, baby portobello mushrooms, and scallions. The dressing really adds a great flavor to the vegetables. Terrific dish and it paired really well with our grilled steak.

Fantastic way to cook chicken sausages! Absolutely delicious and easy! I used low-sodium chicken broth since I had no stock on hand and it was fine. I also took the recommendation of many of the reviewers and added a little more red onion. I will definitely add even more next time because they really add to the dish and have excellent flavor!

Excellent recipe for skirt steak! I was only able to marinate the meat about an hour and a half, but I definitely want to make it again and marinate for a longer time. I used Blue Moon as was suggested in other reviews which was a great choice. My husband and daughter thought it was delicious!

Excellent recipe for flouder. Not a lot of ingredients and can be ready in a short amount of time. I only used half a bottle of capers to cut down on sodium and it tasted great.

I can only comment on the donkey sauce which was absolutely killer as Guy would say! Tried it on both a hamburger and a turkey burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles and it added a great flavor which was very different and a welcome change from ketchup. My husband couldn't stop raving about the taste!

I think this is a great potato salad recipe! My whole family absolutely loves it! The touch of mustard really adds to the flavor. However, I use Hellman's mayo instead of Miracle Whip. The previous times I made this, I did use red potatoes, but this time, I used russet. Good flavor either way.

This was a fantastic tasting meatloaf! I agree with many of the reviewers that it is labor intensive, but if you've got some extra time, it is well worth the effort. The cooking time for me was exactly 1 1/4 hours. Really happy to find a meatloaf recipe like this!

This dish was absolutely delicious! I agree that the recipe was easy to follow. We kept the seeds in only one of the serrano peppers and that made for the perfect amount of heat. Served as suggested with basmati rice and naan bread. Big hit with the entire family!

My family really enjoyed this salad. The dressing was very tasty with just the right balance of flavor. I don't use iceberg lettuce very often in salads, but it was a nice change mixed with the radishes, carrots, cucumbers, and scallions. Will definitely make this again.
