Very good and rose beautifully. A trick to use is to take a tooth pick, pierce the liquid, and run it around the perimeter of the ramekin before putting it in the oven. I didn't have grand marnier so I subbed in some Kahlua and it came out great. For some reason I assumed the 2 tbsp of butter was to be melted with the chocolate. It still came out "
