By far one of the most amazing things I've ever cooked in my life. Initially I had doubts about certain ingredients (fennel, no sugar in the sauce), but it was all put to rest as it cooked. I used Parmesan cheese only to top it, low fat ricotta and cottage cheese mixture within, and substituted ground turkey and sweet turkey sausage for the pork. "
