Easy, quick and delicious. In the winter I use dried dill since i don't want to buy a huge bunch of the fressh herb when I only need a little bit, and it works just as well. Very easy and tasty, but too much crust for the amount of fruit. I followed the recipe exactly, but will add another cup of peaches next time. also, i had to bake it a few minutes loneger to get the crust really golden brown because i hate doughy crust on cobblers.""
