"This is an easy and awesome soup. I serve it warm since we are not fans of cold soup. Also made the bacon in the microwave and used store bought croutons. And is great the next day."
"We loved it--even our 2 year old! This was easy to make (bought shredded brussels and sliced mushrooms to save time). Great flavor. A good way to sneak in brussels sprouts for kids. Omitted the lemon zest and juice since I'm not a fan of it in pasta. The recipe is going into our rotation."
