"I was very disappointed with this recipie. I was skeptical about cooking the brocolli for 20-30 minutes in simmering milk/cream. I worried about it curdling....and I was right. I ended up throwing it all away. I would cook in chicken broth and add milk and cheese at end with no boiling. "
