Had a frozen corned beef and wasn't sure how I would ever finish it if I had thawed it out. This was a perfect recipe. While the balls are very rich with the oil and dipping sauce, this recipe is one to keep. I make them in small batches. I combined the meat, kraut, cheese and creamcheese into the mixture then froze whatever I wasnt going to eat. "
