Reviewed Chocolate Chip Cannoli Cupcake
"I gave this a 4 star because, fortunately for me, I live pretty close to Sugar Bakery and these don't compare to the "real thing!" The cupcakes in the bakery are a 10 star! Don't use part skim milk ricotta. I made that mistake and it came out too watery, so after a trip to the store for the whole milk ricotta, it came out thick and creamy like it is suppose to be. A lot of work. I'll buy them next time!
