Reviewed Jamie's Coconut Cake
"Havent made the cake yet, but hope it turns out as great as some claim. couple question...in the recipe for the 1-2-3-4 cake it instructs to cool the cakes on racks. However, the coconut variation call for the cake to remain in pan until layering. Which should i follow and if left in pan, are they to cool completely before layering? thanx for any help offered!"
