The taste was good but the pork came out tough, even though I use a meat thermometer to prevent that from happening. If I had to do it over again I'd skip the pan-frying part... or maybe like a few people have said... use regular sized chops instead of the big ones."

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

I was nervous to try this because I've always cooked my turkey in a Reynolds cooking bag. Alton's turkey recipe is the BEST tasting, most MOIST and DELICIOUS turkey I've ever made! I'll never go back to a bag again. Thank you Alton! (Would give it 10 stars if I could)
