My Activity

Reviewed Cold Cauliflower Soup with Bacon and Croutons

"This recipe is simple and delicious. The croutons and bacon make it even more special. It is perfect for lunch throughout a busy week. I liked it hot or cold. I also had some extra Gruyere cheese from another recipe so I sprinkled some on my croutons before putting them in the oven! I will definitely be making this again!""

Reviewed Indian Spiced Chickpea and Fire Roasted Tomato Soup

"My family thought it was delicious... but we had to doctor it up a little as well. I added a bay leaf, a dash of coriander, ground ginger, curry powder, and some cayenne for a little kick. I will definitely maake this again, but next time I might only use one can of chickpeas."

Reviewed New Potato and Green Been Salad

"My family thought it was delicious... especially after chilling it in the fridge for about an hour. I did not have a problem with a "sour taste" like the other viewers suggested. When you mix dijon mustard and white wine vinegar that is usually the flavor combo you will get. I had some extra parsley and scallions so I added those in. I added a pin"

Reviewed Crawfish Cardinale in Puff Pastry

"Simple & delicious... We had leftover crawfish and corn from a crawfish boil. I used the crawfish from the boil and threw in the corn as well... I didn't have any brandy so I just left it out... but we will definitely be making this again!"
