amazing...meat just falls off the bone. I will use less red wine and more beef stock next time though. don't need to waste an entire bottle of wine. I will use 1/2 bottle and the rest beef stock.

such a good sauce, but dang...4 pounds of meat was totally not necessary. I used 1 lb of hamburger and 1 lb of sausage. Way too much stuff for 1 lasagna, but was able to stretch the remainder of ingredients into a 2nd smaller lasagna. Amazing sauce and the ricotta was lovely. Recipe needs tweaking though. Thanks.
