This was absolutely delicious! I didn't have the cajun seasoning, fresh basil and fish stock when I made it so I had to use beau monde seasoning, red pepper, dried basil and chicken stock. It still tasted fantastic. I'm going to the store tomorrow to make it with the listed ingredients. Can't wait. Even my picky eaters loved this dish."
