Reviewed Chocolate Chip and Mascarpone Cupcakes
"Incredible! And Corpus Christi - you must have done something wrong. Use the BEST chocolate you can find. Don't use "baking chocolate". I used Valrhona 70%. Everyone has asked me for the recipe. Also, I took more "good" Valhrona 70% and chopped it up about the size of chips. Same for the ganache. WAY better then nestles chips. "
