My Activity

Reviewed Peach Cobbler

"NOT GREAT, disappointing actually....the topping is good; the part that is supposed to rise to the top.. doesn't...and winds up a gooey, doughy mess and once cooled butter was actually pooling in the dish--I scooped it out and tossed it. Not appetizing at all. I must admit we scraped off the top peach part, which was delicious, and trashed the go"

Reviewed French Onion Soup

"Really, really good. So easy too. I had some left over and two days later -- just as delicious. I didn't have baguettes so I used some homemade croutons that I had on hand. Worked like a charm. Melissa ...thanks for 'keeping it real' and not making us run out and buy a bunch of expensive ingredients which most of us will not use again. ""

Reviewed Blackberry Cobbler

"Sorry to give this only one star, but I did not find it to my liking. I followed the recipe to a T (and I am an experienced baker) but this turned out rubbery. Not bad tasting, but not cakelike or cobbler like at all. :-( The best part was the berries. Also made the beef roast from the same episode and that WAS delicious. :-)""
