Just got back from Tuscany and this soup recipe was comparable to the soup I had in Italy. As all the other reviews has said all the good aspects of the recipes (and I agree with all of them), I did make some modifications to align the recipe with what I had in Tuscany. I did not use any tomato paste or canned tomatoes, just 4 fresh tomatoes. ...
