"Excellent! The sauce is so delicious. I used hot Italian sausage with the ground chuck and it was really, really good! I used ricotta vs. cottage cheese and also added salt, pepper, oregano and basil to the ricotta mixture to add a little more flavor. I also used regular lasagna noodles. Boiled them for 8 mins then rinsed them with cold water "

About Me

My mother is a phenominal cook.  I grew up not knowing what it was like to eat anything out of a box.  She cooked a meal from scratch every night after working full time.  This is where my love of cooking came from.  I am a food network junkie...drives my  husband nuts, but he loves the recipes I find here.
