Reviewed Lots O'Meat Lasagna
"Excellent! The sauce is so delicious. I used hot Italian sausage with the ground chuck and it was really, really good! I used ricotta vs. cottage cheese and also added salt, pepper, oregano and basil to the ricotta mixture to add a little more flavor. I also used regular lasagna noodles. Boiled them for 8 mins then rinsed them with cold water "
Reviewed Hot Corn Dip
"Yum! This is delicious. I used light mayo and a Mexican cheese blend and it was fantastic. I made it for a jewelry party I had at my house and everyone loved it! I will make this again for sure!"
Reviewed Venetian Shrimp and Scallops
"Made this last night for dinner guests....I won't make it again. It just didn't have any WOW factor for me. My husband wasn't wild about it either. Felt like I wasted good shrimp and scallops on this recipe. "
Reviewed Lady and Sons Chicken Pot Pie
"This was delicious! Made this for dinner tonight because my husband is a big pot pie fan...he said it was the best pot pie he's ever had. I did make a few modifications. Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup
"Delicious! I used ground chicken and mild pork sausage for the meatballs, and they were great! My husband loved it. "
About Me
My mother is a phenominal cook. I grew up not knowing what it was like to eat anything out of a box. She cooked a meal from scratch every night after working full time. This is where my love of cooking came from. I am a food network junkie...drives my husband nuts, but he loves the recipes I find here.
I love to cook and I love FN!
