Reviewed Grandma Jean's Potato Salad

"This is a variation on southern potato salad. To make it better, do this. Drop the relish. Instead chop up 3 or 4 dill pickles, I specify dill, not kosher. Use mayonese instead of salad dressing. chop up all the eggs, you might want more. Cut back on the onion and make sure you use only a teaspoon of finely chopped white onion. The final ingredent is a teaspoon of mustard. The mustard, in a small amount, makes all the difference. A few other things. Make sure the potatoes are well done so that a fork easily can pass through. Then cut and mix the potatoes into everything while warm. This will aid in mixing as the potatoe breaks down somewhat and forms a gravey.
